Terms & Conditions

A booking for a property becomes firm when a 50% deposit* of the booking is received by Mill Farm.
Up to that time it is a provisional booking and provisional bookings are held for a maximum of 24 Hours.

Final Payment:
The full balance of the total holiday cost is payable not later than eight weeks before the holiday begins.
If the full balance is not paid on time, Mill Farm reserves the right to cancel the holiday booking, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

The reservation of a property amounts to making a contract. We do advise that you should take out separate holiday insurance.

If your break is more than 8 weeks away we will refund your deposit less an administration fee of £50.00

If your break is less than 8 weeks away your 50% deposit is non refundable

If your break is less than 6 weeks away 75% of the cost of your break is non refundable

If your break is less than 4 weeks away 100% of the cost of your break is non refundable.

If you have amended your holiday with us, then the cancellation policy applies to the date you had originally booked and not your new date.

Many good credit card issuers will provide you with complimentary travel insurance as part of their customer benefits.
